A realistic beauty calendar: how often to book each treatment

One page with the intervals that matter: brows, lashes, nails, facials, colour and PMU — plus how to stack them into one visit.

The intervals

  • Brow correction and tinting: every 3–4 weeks.
  • Brow lamination: every 5–6 weeks, not more often.
  • Lash extensions refill: every 2–3 weeks.
  • Lash lifting: every 6–8 weeks.
  • Manicure with gel polish: every 3–4 weeks.
  • Pedicure: every 4–6 weeks.
  • Deep cleansing facial: every 4–6 weeks.
  • Hair trim: every 8–10 weeks; root colour every 4–6 weeks.
  • Permanent makeup refresh: every 12–18 months.

Combining treatments in one visit

Brows and lashes pair naturally in a single appointment. Facial treatments should not be booked on the same day as brow waxing or permanent makeup — the skin needs to stay calm. Nails can be combined with anything.

Planning around events

  • Wedding or photoshoot: lash set 3–5 days before, not the day before.
  • Permanent makeup: at least 6 weeks before, so healing and the touch-up fit in.
  • Peels: finish the course two weeks before the event.
  • Fresh colour: 3–7 days ahead lets it settle.
